Elephants from Thailand plays Music (video)

We’re pretty much into nature this week.

After we talked about an orchestra made of vegetables, we saw John Cage playing plants and cactus.

Now, we present you an orchestra made of Thai Elephants.

The Thai Elephant Orchestra consists of 14 elephants that comes from Northern Thailand. It is orchestrated by Richard Lair, from the National Elephant Institute and neuroscientist Dave Soldier.

As wikipedia says:

The Thai Elephant Orchestra primarily uses the Lanna Thai five-note scale, and most instruments are heavy-duty versions of traditional Thai musical instruments; additional instruments include drums and harmonica
